CHRISTMAS TIME CLOTHING AND FOOD DRIVEThe VREB staff is once again organizing a food and clothing drive for people in need this Christmas season and invite Board members to join us in this worthy cause.There were a lot of smiles at the Open Door last year when we brought in two huge boxes of warm clothing. We hope to collect warm clothes, jackets and dry goods again this year and make the smiles go a little further. This year we are donating towards the Mustard Seed.So next time you come to the Board for a class or meeting, get into the Christmas spirit by bringing along some warm clothes you no longer need, a new toothbrush, or canned goods to donate towards the less fortunate people in our city. We'll have drop boxes near the Member Services Area. Nanaimo Street next to Holiday Inn.
