Good Morning Victoria! Interesting Interest...
Not Quite Summer, But our winters aren't bad... Best Mortgage Rates peg it at about $579/m on $100k for a 5 year mortgage over 25 years... Not bad - & it's only about $475/m over 40 years...
That gives us a lot more buying power if you use it right, why rent?
